Stronger Marriage Podcast

The Stronger Marriage Connection Podcast is a resource designed to strengthen and enrich marriages through expert insights, actionable advice, and heartfelt discussions. Hosted by professionals in relationship education and therapy, the podcast covers a wide range of topics, including effective communication, conflict resolution, intimacy, and building lasting connections. It aims to provide practical tools and inspiration to help couples create healthier, happier relationships.

 

Couples | Parenting | Self-improvement eCourses & Quick Lessons
The Utah Marriage Commission offers a variety of eCourses designed to help couples, parents and individuals build strong, healthy, and lasting relationships. These courses range in length from 10 minutes to 6 hours, In and cover topics like healthy dating, effective communication, conflict resolution, relationship transitions such as divorce, remarriage, or having a child, financial management, enhancing intimacy, and more — all with a focus on practical tools and strategies for success.


       

Webinars
The Utah Marriage Commission Stronger Marriage Webinar Series is a collection of educational and interactive sessions designed to strengthen relationships and promote healthy marriages. These webinars feature experts in relationship education, covering topics such as communication skills, conflict resolution, emotional intimacy, and navigating life transitions. The series aims to provide practical tools and insights for individuals and couples seeking to enhance their relationships and build strong, lasting connections. Accessible and engaging, the webinars are part of the Commission's mission to support families and communities across Utah.

Marriage Education Discount

Engaged Utah couples can get the Marriage Education Discount ($20 off their Utah marriage license fee) when they complete approved marriage education or counseling and apply for their marriage license online.




       

Stronger Marriage Blog
The Stronger Marriage Blog is a resource dedicated to fostering healthy, fulfilling relationships and marriages. It offers evidence-based insights, practical advice, and tools to help couples strengthen their emotional connection, improve communication, and navigate challenges. The blog covers topics such as conflict resolution, intimacy, parenting as a couple, and building trust. It aims to empower individuals and couples with actionable strategies to create resilient, thriving relationships grounded in research and real-world experience.

Success Sequence Lessons
In collaboration with the Utah State Board of Education and national curriculum expert Marline E. Pearson, the Utah Marriage Commission produced three Success Sequence Lessons. These lessons range in length between 1 class period and 3 class periods and are intended to serve as a drop-in lessons for Utah teachers to assist them in presenting the Success Sequence in a way that fulfills the legal requirements outlined in HB281 in addition to teaching positive decision-making and healthy relationship skills. The Success Sequence is a research-based framework that, when followed, helps young people both avoid and get out of poverty.
