Marketing Materials
ALL MARKETING MATERIALS (for internal or external use) including:
- Flyers, Posters, Rack Cards, Postcards/Mailers, Brochures, and other printed materials
- Banners, Yard Signs, and other signage
- Digital Ads, Social Media Ads, and Paid Social Media Boosts
being paid for with university funds must be submitted to UMAC’s Marketing Artwork Review Form and approved prior to production. Email approvals and after-the-fact approvals will not be accepted. Attach the UMAC approval to your receipt when you process the transaction through ServiceNow.

ALL CLOTHING AND SWAG (for internal or external use) and all other promotional products or merchandise being paid for with university funds must be submitted to UMAC’s Branded Goods Artwork Review Form and approved prior to production. Email approvals and after-the-fact approvals will not be accepted. Orders must still be placed with an approved and USU licensed vendor. Attach the UMAC approval to your receipt when you process the transaction through ServiceNow.
