NourishTank is an annual student competition held on Utah State University campus. The event is designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and sustainable solutions to combat hunger. Through a SharkTank-style event, university students are able to prepare and present their ideas on how Utah might ensure a nourished and food-secure future for all. Optimally, winning proposals are enacted and assessed for longterm improvements to Utah's food system.
NourishTank collaborates with numerous colleges and departments across campus, including USU Extension, College of Agriculture and Applied Sciences, and Center for Anticipatory Intelligence. This event has a growing list of private sponsors and corporate support. In 2025, NourishTank became a part of the annual Food Security Symposium.
