Awards

Active members are encouraged to apply for annual awards offered through UAE4-HW.  Application information and due dates will be shared in Association meetings and emailed to active members of UAE4HW.

Virtual Program Award
May be submitted by an individual or team. In a one-page write-up identify educational need, activity, and impact. Include copy of virtual lesson plan or virtual delivery method.

Innovative Program Award
May be submitted by an individual or team.  In a one-page write-up state what was accomplished that created greater visibility or camaraderie for Utah State University Extension Service. Include copy of innovative lesson plan or innovative delivery method.

 
Specialty Awards
  • Excellence in 4-H STEM Programming
  • Excellence in 4-H Healthy Living Programming
  • Excellence in 4-H Citizenship Programming
In a one-page write-up describe the target audience, identify educational need, activity, impact, and list up to 10 members involved in the project. Include a sample of activity/supplemental materials.

Diversity Award
May be submitted by an individual or team.  In a one-page write-up describe target audience, identify educational need, activity, and impact. Include sample of activity/supplemental materials.
