The Utah Association of Extension 4-H Youth Development Professionals (UAE4-HYDP) is a statewide professional organization dedicated to strengthening the work of Utah’s 4-H faculty, staff, and volunteers. As an affiliate of NAE4-HYDP, our association provides leadership, advocacy, and professional development that empowers youth development practitioners to deliver high-quality, research-based programs to communities across Utah.

We bring together 4-H professionals from every county and campus to share resources, exchange innovative ideas, and build the skills needed to support thriving youth. Through statewide training, networking events, recognition programs, and collaborative initiatives, UAE4-HYDP advances the professionalism of the Extension 4-H system while championing positive youth development.
