How to Obtain Access to Edit USU Extension Sites

1

Complete the required Omni CMS training (takes 1 hour or less)

Omni CMS (formerly called OU Campus) is USU's supported content management system. To receive access to USU's required Omni CMS online training, as an employee, you must have completed your hiring paperwork and set your preferred email address in banner. Note: The training works in Chrome and Safari but not in Firefox.

Non USU employees, visit Omni CMS Access for non USU Personnel for access instructions.

2

To request access, email the following information to the Extension web team (extensionweb@usu.edu):

  1. Your name
  2. Your email address
  3. Your A Number
  4. Which sites you need access to edit

Complete additional web and Omni CMS training

Omni CMS and web editing can be a new experience and requires extra training, patience and trial and error to do things right. The university and USU Extension web teams have created several resources to help you. View the Omni CMS Quick Start video tutorials and then view the Web Template Options page.
