The USU Extension Rural Wellness Initiative supports ural communities by raising awareness of opioid and substance use disorders and promoting healthier, more resilient lives. Through resources, programs, and community support, we work to reduce stigma, strengthen protective factors, and address critical issues like suicide and trauma with compassion.
This program is an update to Office of Community Wellness. The Office of Community Wellness is no longer operating and the grant is now running as The Rural Wellness Initiative.
