I Accidentally Used My P-Card for Something Personal. What Do I Do?
Don't panic—and don't wait.
Tell your Business Manager right away. If possible, have the vendor refund the P-Card and pay personally. If the transaction can't be reversed, you'll need to reimburse USU.
