Bringing together experts, professionals, law enforcement, and the community to confront substance use disorder and offer suicide prevention.

HEART partners with health departments, research experts, community coalitions, and other key stakeholders to coordinate on-the-ground efforts that provide evidence-based information, community-based solutions, and multi-sector partnerships. HEART Initiative & TROI Summits have been annual events for the past 7 years, based on county needs, availability, and faculty resources.
