The USU Hidden Gems Adventure Guides are free online resources that provide approximately one-hour activities and correspond with social-emotional concepts for families, couples or individuals. The guides strengthen family or couple connections by promoting quality time as families engage in (free/inexpensive) fun, while also focusing on some aspect of healthy relationships or positive youth development. The guides also include discussion questions to increase communication and problem-solving skills as a family or couple. Guides have also been adapted for single adults that want to engage in social-emotional learning by themselves or with others.
