Community Health Worker Certification Program

Utah's Learn & Work Program

The Community Health Worker Core Skills Training Program is a certificate program that can be completed in 9-12 weeks. The program prepares and trains individuals for a career in health care as a community health worker. Students successfully completing the program will be well prepared for a career as a Community Health Worker.
