Policies & Expectations at Utah 4-H Events
Participants, parents and guests are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct while attending 4-H activities.
The 4-H Dress Code is designed to promote safety and respect for all. Clothing worn by participants should be practical and safe for the activity occurring.
It is the official position of Utah State University Extension that ALL YOUTH RIDERS participating in Utah 4-H sponsored horse events should wear an ASTM-certified helmet or an SEI-certified helmet.
