A savvy consumer knows their stuff. Utah County 4-H consumer education projects focus on developing critical decision-making skills that support youth now and in the future. This program area focuses upon the skills of consumer observation, comparison, and the ability to make a fact-based purchases, adhere to a budget, and examine quality and quantity. Additionally, the development of entrepreneurship, and financial responsibility.
