Davis Wellness Walks
A FREE community wellness walking series developed to improve participants' physical and mental health by increasing physical activity, creating new connections, and spending time outdoors.

Marathon Kids
A national program with a mission to get all kids moving. From summer camps to virtual programs, kids can run, walk, and play their way toward completing a marathon.

Gather & Grow
Quarterly workshops designed to help participants pause, reflect, and grow—together. Each workshop will feature a guest speaker, an experiential component or craft, and a welcoming and safe space to connect with others.
Health & Wellness Workshops
USU Extension Health & Wellness faculty can provide wellness workshops on various topics for organizations, community clubs, and partners within Davis County. Topics include, but are not limited to: food preservation, basic nutrition, mindfulness, suicide prevention, healthy habits, and stress management.
