Create Better Health
Create Better Health is Utah’s SNAP-Education program. Our goal is to help people cook healthy meals on a budget, buy and prepare whole foods, understand food labels, practice safety in the kitchen, and much more. With the increase in disease and obesity in the United States, there is an obvious need for more education to promote positive lifestyle changes. Create Better Health is designed to increase the knowledge, skill set, and overall well-being of those it serves.

Create Better Health en Español
Comer y estar saludables, no significa tener que gastar mucho dinero, pero sí práctica y consistencia. Para eso hemos creado Create Better Health en español, el programa SNAP-Ed administrado por el servicio de Extensión de la Universidad Estatal de Utah (Utah State University Extension). SNAP-ED es el componente educativo del programa de Asistencia de Nutrición Suplementaria (SNAP) conocido como estampillas de comida.
At Kids Create, children (and their parents) are invited to explore fun and exciting ways to eat healthy and be more active. This page shares simple recipes each week for small hands to try at home, and it shares educational information about new and different foods from around the world. Using games, videos, and challenges, children will develop the knowledge and skills of a healthy lifestyle. And they’ll gain confidence in the kitchen.
