Becoming A Part of 4-H

Join 4-H

Who Can Join?

Youth that are 5-7 years old may enroll in a 4-H Cloverbud Club if one exists, or you may start a Cloverbud Club.

Youth that are in 3rd – 12th grade may enroll in 4-H Clubs and Groups

Find A Club

  • Find an existing club that is working on a project area that interests you and has room for new members.
  • Another option is to find a project area that interests you, gather some friends together, add an adult willing to be your leader, and start a new club.  The Discover 4-H Clubs curriculum is a great way to get started. New leaders must complete a volunteer application and training process. Volunteers and Leaders click here! Once volunteers and leaders have completed the application and training process, call the 4-H Staff Assistant to set up the club (club name, club leader, etc.) in the 4-H database at 4h.zsuite.org

Enroll in 4-H

  • Established clubs have leaders that can help you with the Zsuites enrollment process. Starting a new club and need help registering? This video will also help you to get through the enrollment process.  Check out our 4-H Zsuite Support Page
  • Each enrollment has an annual $10 fee. This fee provides accidental insurance during 4-H activities and events. It also helps cover county program administrative costs. While you are in the process of enrolling in 4-H, you will have the option to pay the enrollment fee online.  If you submit your enrollment without paying online, you can pay by mailing your fees to the county extension office, or calling the 4-H office to make payment by credit card over the phone.

Getting Involved!

Each club provides opportunities to showcase your skills and become an effective leader. As you complete projects for your club you will have opportunities to demonstrate what you have learned or created in 4-H County, Region, and State events. Check out our Calendar-At-A-Glance and our website to stay updated on County and State Events! You can also check out our Facebook Page, where we post regularly on events that are happening in the county and throughout the state.
