April 1 – May 15, 2017
This exhibit is no longer on display. View our current and upcoming exhibits.
About the Exhibit
Small Wonders focuses on topics ranging from basic questions like “What is a bug?” to coverage of well-known Utah insects like the Mormon cricket and the bark beetle. The exhibition also highlights some insect species that capture our imaginations, such as fireflies and honeybees, and reveals the many ways that insects impact our lives. After all, insects are the most common life form on earth! Not only is this exhibit packed with information, but there are also a variety of beautiful specimens on display, and plenty of interactive and hands-on activities for the whole family.
The exhibition was originally organized by the Utah State University Libraries and the USU Entomology Club.

This exhibit was made possible by support from Utah Division of Arts & Museums, Summit County RAP Tax, and Utah State University Extension.
