Sewing Contest

DATE: Saturday, June 2, 2018

TIME: Projects are due in the Extension office by 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 31.

Projects will be individually judged on Friday, June 1.

Interviews take place on Saturday, June 2 beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the North Building.

LOCATION: Salt Lake County Government Center (USU Extension Facility) - 2001 S. State Street

Entries in the Sewing Contest are non-garment items such as a quilt, doll, hand bag, etc.

√ Projects will be judged on construction before oral presentation and interviews take place.

√ Create a "display" of the project.

√ Conduct an oral presentation about your project and answer interview questions.

You will be judged on the articles' construction and display, your oral presentation, and the interview responses.
