Davis County Wellness Walks

Davis Wellness Walk with Dog

Wellness is more than just eating healthy and exercising. It is a broad concept that involves different dimensions that are interconnected and influence one another. As we explore our own wellness, it’s important to remember that we will all experience wellness differently. While some areas of our wellness may be thriving, there may be others that could use additional support to help us take positive steps to becoming more well.

Join us for a walking lecture series at the Kaysville ponds of the USU Botanical Center. Each month, an expert will introduce a new 'Health & Wellness' hot topic followed by a group stroll around the ponds with time for Q&A. Walks are held the first Saturday of each month (June - Oct.) from 8:30 - 9:30 am.  There is no fee for participating, but you must pre-register because space is limited. Registration information can be found here.
