Parkstrip Redesign Demonstration Garden
Water is one of Utah’s most limited resources and should be used wisely in the landscape. One way you can reduce your water usage is to plant your parkstrip using waterwise plants and alternative ground covers. The Parkstrip Redesign Demonstration Garden showcases and compares water usage between eight different perennial planting designs, thyme, turf-style tall fescue, cabin mix, and Kentucky blue grass. Alternative irrigation practices are also demonstrated in the garden.
