Utah Agriculture Outlook Webinar Series
This quarterly agriculture outlook webinar series is a two-hour webinar focusing on topics of interest to agricultural stakeholders in Utah, including, but not limited to, state and federal agency representatives, farmer and rancher groups, farm financial institutions, tribal government representatives, and Extension leadership. The webinar is hosted by the USU Extension Economics team, who serve as webinar speakers along with other invited guests. Previous topics have included the impacts of covid-19 on local food systems, farm financial resources and programs, crop and livestock market outlooks, drought assessment tools, updates on state and national hemp markets, local meat processing, the economic impacts of drought on the cattle industry, and others. The webinar is free, but registration is required to obtain the zoom link.
