Beef ProgrammingUtah State University Extension Service and the Utah State University Extension Specialists in Beef, Dr. Dale Zobell, Dr. Kerry Rood, and Dr. Dillon Feuz, would like to offer some programming thru the Beehive Master Cattlemen program. This programming (night classes) would take place in January and February of 2011. We would like to deliver three, 2-hour long meetings. There would likely be two main topics covered at each meeting. This letter is to see what interest there might be in offering this programming. If you could please respond back, we can see if there is interest and which days might be best for you.
