Suzanne Prevedel will be the new Duchesne County FCS/4-H agent beginning July 1. Suzanne lives on a small farm in the Roosevelt area where she, her husband Brett, and four children tend elk, horses, chickens, assorted pets and a garden. She grew up in Greybull, Wyo., and attended college at Northwest College in Powell, Wyo., then finished her degree at the University of Wyoming. She enjoys thick paperbacks, following Union High School sports and hiking in the Uintah Mountains. Suzanne participated in both 4-H and FFA in Big Horn County, Wyo., where she had garden, sheep and horse projects along with livestock judging. While in FFA at Northwest College, she spent three months working on a dairy farm in southern Germany as part of a program called Work Experience Abroad. Suzanne has been in Roosevelt for 24 years and is excited to be working for USU Extension!
