Utah 4-H x iSEE
Hands-on, in-school STEM programming for 5th graders in Utah public schools
What is iSEE?
Informal Science Education Enhancement (iSEE) is a collaboration among nonprofit informal science education organizations in Utah aiming to spark students' natural curiosity and sense of wonder by providing exciting opportunities to experience science.
iSEE provides unique opportunities not typically available in the classroom and support the standards in the Utah State Science Curriculum.
Who is it for?
In partnership with Utah 4-H, iSEE programs serve 5th-grade teachers and students by providing programs that allow them to experience and practice science skills while gaining a deeper understanding of science concepts.
Housed at the Bastian Agricultural Center in South Jordan, the Utah 4-H iSEE educational outreach programs are prepared to visit your school in any of Utah's school districts.
These classroom experiences are free of charge and take place over a three-year period. The current theme of Utah 4-H iSEE visits is focused on atmospheric science and the interactions between atmosphere, biosphere, geosphere, and hydrosphere.
