About the Display
Wasps are more than just scary stinging insects — they support our everyday lives! USU Biology doctoral student Brenna Decker combined her love of science and art to create this exhibit that helps us understand the importance of wasps in our environment. This display includes wasp-inspired art and opportunities to learn about why we need wasps in Utah's ecosystems. Don’t worry, there are no live wasps in this display, but there will be a case of pinned wasp specimens so you can get an up-close look at the variety shapes and colors of Utah’s wasps!

Thank you to Brenna Decker and the USU Department of Biology for making this display possible.
