Biography

Margaux returned to the team in May 2024 after working as a conservation intern and naturalist at Swaner Preserve. She assists with conservation, restoration, land management, and outreach on the Preserve. You may find her among the willows and sagebrush monitoring ongoing restoration, removing invasive weeds, or watching birds. She moved to Salt Lake from western Pennsylvania to attend the University of Utah and received a BS in Biology in 2019. Outside of work you can find her floating rivers and skiing powder or curled up with her two cats and a good book.
