Joan Meixner

Biography

Joan Meixner, a resident of Summit County since 2017, became connected to the Swaner Preserve through her child’s involvement in the EcoClub, camps and volunteering. Joan’s professional experience includes over 25 years in commercial real estate services in customer-facing roles focused on business development, strategy, financial analysis and deal enablement and execution. Joan has been active in the local community in big and small ways. Currently she serves as the Treasurer for Summit Community Gardens and EATS. She has also has served on several Summit County committees and was recently appointed a commissioner of the Summit County Housing Authority Joan also participates in Utah Water Watch stream monitoring, trash pick-ups and weed pulls with her family. Joan enjoys the outdoors in Park City – skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer.
