Payment Process

After clicking submit on the application page, you will be directed to a payment portal on your screen. You do not have to pay using  a PayPal account. To pay with a debit or credit card please follow these steps:

  1. Click “Pay Now” button
  2. Click “Proceed to Payment”
  3. Click on the grey “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button. This will still lead you to a secure payment window.
  4. Continue following the instructions on the webpage to complete the payment.
Paypal

After clicking submit on the application page, you will be directed to a payment portal on your screen. 

  1. Click “Pay Now” button
  2. Click “Proceed to Payment”
  3. If you have a PayPal login, enter your username and password and click on the blue button to login. 
  4. If you do not have a PayPal login, click on the grey “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button. This will still lead you to a secure payment window.
  5. Continue following the instructions on the webpage to complete the payment.

If paying by check please make prior arrangements. You will need to contact support@roi.usu.edu before sending the check. Checks will need to be made out to Utah State University.
