Why Durable Skills Matter

Most workplaces do not teach you what it takes to get ahead. This course gives you those skills, so you can earn more and qualify for the shifts and roles you want. Today's employers want more than technical skills; they want workers who communicate clearly, get along with others, solve problems, take responsibility, and adapt to change.

Research shows that durable skills, also called soft skills or professional skills, are linked to higher wages, better working hours, and more opportunities at work. As workplaces change with new technology and remote work, these skills are worth even more.

This course helps you build those basic workplace skills through hands-on learning and real-world practice.
