The Mountains and Plains Thriving Community Collaborative is one of 17 centers in the EPA’s Environmental Justice Thriving Communities Technical Assistance Center (EJ TCTAC) Program,serving Region 8. MaPTCC supports Utah’s communities—rural areas, small towns, and cities, including the 8 federally recognized Tribal Nations—by helping groups initiate, secure funding for, and implement local projects focused on environmental and energy justice.
