Biography

Trenton Willson has been a career coach and mentor for more than 13 years. His passion is to help individuals discover the best fit for their strengths, interests, and experience while providing for their needs. Trenton has been with Utah State University since 2016 (GEAR UP) and with the Extension's Rural Online Initiative since it began in 2018. He has also worked as a Career Counselor for the Department of Workforce Services, owned his own career coaching business, and is a published personal development author. Before being a Career Coach, he graduated from the University of Utah in Accounting and spent 13 years as an accountant for companies such as Marriott, Temple Square Hospitality Corporation, and other small businesses. He lives in Richfield with his middle child, his son's dog, Maggie (Magaroni and Cheese) and 5 "emotional support cats." He has 3 children, and loves to coach entrepreneurs, write, rockhound, and do activities such as hiking, CrossFit and several other sports.
