Afterschool

The 4-H Afterschool Program is a great opportunity for your youth to spend one hour a week learning new skills and gaining new friendships.  4-H Afterschool runs in conjunction with the school year and meets during the after school hours for both Morgan & Mountain Green Elementary and Middle Schools.

Youth must be enrolled in the Morgan County 4-H program BEFORE registration is available.  Once the State 4-H fee of $10 plus the local enrollment fee is received, youth will be able to register for the event.

Spring 2026 Afterschool Series 

Hands on make and take projects all about: agriculture, fitness, and kitchen science. Youth will learn about homegrown play-dough, mystery food, fitness games and contests, slime making, grape juice rainbows, and so much more!

• For youth in grades 3-4 and 5-6 during the 2025-2026 school year and held at the Morgan County Courthouse, and for grades 3-4 at Mountain Green Elementary School and grades 5-6 at Mountain Green Middle School.
• $25 for 10 weeks: includes a t shirt & snacks (An additional $10 4-H annual fee must be paid if not previously registered)
