Project Description
Southern Utah County is home to some of the last viable orchards in the state of Utah. This area is home to the remaining vestiges of agriculture in the rapidly growing edges of Utah County. Students provided an analysis of the regional assets and pressures that are influencing the region. Based on these discoveries, the students provided regional planning interventions that allow for growth while preserving the character of the place.
