If you or someone you know is currently experiencing substance or opioid use disorder, the Tooele Opioid Response Network (TORN) can help connect you with local, state and national resources for assistance. Some resources include opioid and/or substance use disorder prevention, treatment and recovery, mental health concerns, suicide prevention, local emergency housing, and more.*

Recovery Community
In cooperation with Tooele County Human Services and the Rise Foundation, TORN hosts and supports weekly pro-social and life skills training events for the Tooele County Recovery Community.
