What is the Tooele Opioid Response Network?
Awareness, understanding, and access to local resources form the foundation of making a difference for substance use disorder prevention, treatment, and recovery in Tooele County. Tooele Opioid Response Network (TORN) was created in 2018 under the supervision of Utah State Unviersity Extension, and is currently managed by the USU Health Extension - Tooele County office with the support and cooperation of its founding members and community partners. The consortium offers education, collaborative opportunities, and support for community members and providers who are experiencing or caring for someone with substance use disorder. TORN is a proactive and innovative group of people who are making a difference in the community!
