Ingredients

  • 2 granny smith apples, chopped into bite size pieces
  • 5 kiwis, skinned and chopped
  • 1 honeydew melon, chopped
  • 1/2 pound green grapes, halved
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 3 Tbsp fresh mint, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut all of the fruit into bite sized pieces and add to a large bowl.
  2. Combine lime juice and mint, pour over salad. Toss to combine.
  3. Let chill for about an hour before serving
