Greg Cook

Biography

From Vernal, Utah, Greg received his Bachelor’s in Accounting from UVSC, now known as UVU. Greg has worked for Lifepoint Health (the owning entity of Castleview Hospital) for 18 years, with Castleview Hospital for the past 7 years, and was named the hospital's CEO in November 2018.

Greg is the father of two girls, and he enjoys everything outdoors including hunting, fishing and riding his motorcycle. He has served in many other hospital cultures and considers Castleview to be by far the best, “I love the friendly working environment and our strong focus on teamwork and quality.”
