Come learn how to manage your diabetes symptoms and discover new cooking techniques to create tasty, diabetes-friendly meals! Each individual with diabetes who is registering for the class is encouraged to bring a support person with them. This could be a significant other, family member, or friend. The individual must be 18 years or older. If you bring a support person, they do not need to register or pay.
Participants will also receive a meal during class, a diabetes cookbook, and a chance to win door prizes!

Carbohydrates - October 15th at 12:00pm
Load up on flavor as we make a Beef and Bean Tostadas.
Protein & Glucose Control - October 22nd at 12:00pm
Explore new recipes with our White Chicken Chili.
Fiber, Healthy Fats, and Snacks - October 29th at 12:00pm
We will make a yummy, creamy peanut butter yogurt dip.
Knowing why you need to change your diet to manage diabetes symptoms is one thing, actually making those changes can be a struggle. Join us from the comfort of your own kitchen as we make delicious and diabetes appropriate meals together. Each week in this series we will discuss specific topics about diabetes to help you better manage your symptoms.
We will also make a recipe during each class to help you learn how to incorporate the principles we are teaching in class into your the meals you choose to eat. Each class will feature an easy to prepare recipe that is appropriate for someone with diabetes to eat. We will email you the recipe and shopping list one week before the class so that you can be prepared to cook along with us!
