Farm to Fork: Amazing Race

March 27th 4:30-5:30 p.m.

Cache County 4-H Office

Join us for an interactive learning experience where youth discover where their food comes from and the nutrition it provides! In this hands-on activity, participants will explore the journey food takes from the farm to their plate while learning about proper nutrition and the differences between organic, conventional, and processed foods.

Through our “Amazing Race” style stations, youth will:

  • Play a game to identify where different foods originate

  • Plant a seed and learn about the growing process

  • Harvest wheat and see how it is turned into flour

  • Compare processed and non-processed foods and identify the differences

  • Enjoy a tasty treat while reviewing what they’ve learned

This engaging activity builds a stronger understanding of agriculture, food systems, and healthy choices in a fun, memorable way — the 4-H way: learning by doing!
