Visit Our Hives

Bee Inspired!  Bee Educated!

Our demonstration gardens host a variety of hives (Top Bar, Langstroth, and FlowHives) in order to evaluate their success and their specific usability in Utah environments.  Check out one of our demonstration gardens listed below to see beekeeping sites first hand.

USU Botanical Center

An educational opportunity for children and adults, all backed by USU Extension. The center is home to an arboretum arranged according to the irrigation needs of its more than 300 trees and shrubs that demonstrate wise water use in the region.

The USU Botanical Center also features a much-loved urban fishery, walking and biking trails, wetland areas that support birds and other wildlife, and a volunteer-tended garden edible garden.
