- Join us as we go on a series of Friday morning hikes! You will have opportunities to learn about our local trail systems, flora and fauna, and one another. We'll start with a short, easy hike and work up to a longer, more difficult hike. Total hike length will be determined by the participants. *Adult volunteers welcome!

- Come explore the importance of the beef cattle industry by learning about the many products cattle provide, the journey of beef production from farm to plate, and how cattle convert grass and forages into energy. Through hands-on activities and discussion, participants will gain a deeper understanding of agriculture, sustainability, and the role cattle play in our food system.

- At the Beef & Bacon Bootcamp, you will learn the basics of caring for steers and hogs in a fun, hands-on way. From feeding and cleaning to understanding behavior, you’ll gain the moo-st important skills for responsible animal care. You will go hog wild with our fun interactive lessons. By the end, you’ll be udderly confident in your knowledge of these amazing farm animals!

In this hands-on workshop, you will explore where food comes from, discover how food waste happens, and learn how small choices can make a big difference. Through fun activities like investigating food miles, learning about composting, and making seed balls, you will see how food scraps can become something new. By the end, you’ll be ready to become Food Waste Heroes at home, at school, and in your community.

- Using LEGO SPIKE Prime robotics, you will solve creative engineering problems through building, coding, and storytelling-driven missions. Participants will design catapults, cargo carriers, bridges, and scoops. They will program robots to navigate mazes and experiment with movement, structure, and logic while helping a cast of robot characters complete their tasks.
