Utah Water Watch monitoring is recommended for beginners. With this program, you will learn monitoring basics and contribute your data to our online database. Volunteers are provided with the training and equipment needed to collect water quality data at a local water body. Utah Water Watch volunteers use simple techniques to make field observations about water and site appearance, temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, and E. coli bacteria.
