Youth Council Advisor Training

We are excited to invite you to a special training event designed specifically for advisors, volunteers, and city council members interested in the development and enhancement of youth councils.

This comprehensive training session will offer valuable insights into the importance of youth councils and provide practical guidance on how to start or improve your council. The agenda includes:

• Fundraising Strategies: Effective methods to support your council's activities and projects.
• Networking Opportunities: Connect with other youth councils and share experiences.
• Roundtable Discussions: Engage in conversations about challenges and successes.
• Service Projects: Explore ideas for impactful community service.
• Youth Council Meetings: Learn best practices for conducting productive and engaging meetings.

To ensure a productive experience, we aim to have at least 15 youth councils RSVP'd. Your participation will not only benefit your council but also contribute to a stronger network of youth councils across our state.
