About Kayla Adams: 

Kayla Adams-Critchlow (she/her) is a licensed Clinical Social worker and certified sex therapist and educator based in Salt Lake City, Utah. As a Utah native, she understands how impactful it can be for folks to have supportive evidenced-based resources to better understand their sexuality, relationships, and gender. Kayla’s work as a psychotherapist centered on individuals, couples, and extra-dyadic relationships to address issues impacting sexuality, gender expression and sexual & relational experiences. In both therapeutic and educational settings Kayla works to help people better understand the role of sex in their lives, how to communicate sexual needs, experience more mutual pleasure, unlearn sexual shame, aid individuals and couples as they navigate issues like Sexual dysfunction (pain during intercourse or Erectile dysfunction), low desire/sex drive, infidelity & disconnection in relationships.
