About Emily Freeze:
Emily is a licensed marriage and family therapist and is certified in perinatal mental health and spent her career developing an expertise in working with couples and individuals struggling with infertility, pregnancy, loss birth trauma, and motherhood transition. Emily has received post graduate training in infertility counseling, perinatal mood, and anxiety disorder, pregnancy grief and loss, EMDR, emotion focused therapy and betrayal trauma.
Emily is the founder and co-owner of New Beginnings Counseling group in Utah County and the president and founder of the Utah Reproductive Mental Health Network.
