About Dr. Carly Lebaron
Carly believes everyone can benefit from therapy. She likes to exercise a balance of compassion and strength in helping people identify what’s not working in their lives and how to change those things. Carly practices a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy. She specializes in working with women with eating disorders, body image issues, low self-esteem, perfectionism, people-pleasing, depression, anxiety, etc. Carly loves to be there to help others get through challenging times and wants you to know you don’t have to face those hard things alone.
