Thank you to everyone for your support! I got hired on with Aira! This job comes with a ton of learning opportunities & growth & aligns with my core values & appeals to my strengths of helping others with different abilities. 

It is a 1099 position which is new territory for me. I will also be able to travel while working for them which is a huge milestone to reach! RV life 2023/24!

ROI helped me be better prepared in so many areas. We utilize slack channels for daily communications & have multiple channels within. I felt prepared to handle my resume & interview. I know that I am capable of learning new skills because of the courses I took with ROI. 

Attending the different workshops let me see into other companies and roles & really look into what I wanted as a person beyond just “another job”. 

I cannot recommend this course enough to others in Rural communities that are wanting to seek new skills & find the potential employer of their dreams. I’ve found such a big pay difference with remote work & personally will never look back on a brick and mortar 9-5 lifestyle ever again. 

I encourage more employers to seek this program out & become partners with them. Rural communities need the influx of income & we need the flexibility of adjusting our schedules. I also encourage employers to really take a look at flexible options. 3 day work week, alternative schedules etc. 

I love that this new opportunity gives me the chance to take time for mental health appointments, sporting events & can set my breaks around walking my dogs or starting dinner & my family comes first! Breaks are even encouraged every 1 hour! I no longer feel like just a number!
