"I was able to obtain a teaching position online as an instructor for BYU-Idaho, I work from home teaching students remotely from around the world how to use Microsoft Word. One of the take-away’s I received in the Remote Certification Course was to keep a open communication with my co-workers. This understanding through the use of emails, zoom meetings, and Microsoft Team meetings help me build relationships in which provided additional opportunities within the online community.

Recently, I was asked to provide an additional leadership role as an Online Course Representative to a department of instructors. This came with a nine-semester commitment and a pay raise!
