UPPDL Refund and Privacy Policies
- The UPPDL does not provide refunds in cases of overpayment. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the service you pay for is possible to conduct in the lab prior to submitting your sample.
- Lab services are non-refundable, regardless of diagnosis. If a sample is submitted that is not able to be tested (due to improper collection or submission), you may send in additional samples with no additional lab service charges.
