About the Conference

The National Health Outreach & Engagement Conference (NHOC) brings together Extension professionals, educators, and community leaders dedicated to improving health and wellness. The 2026 theme, Pathways to Peaks – Strengthening Health and Communities, focuses on building collaborative solutions to enhance well-being and resilience across the nation.

Registration

Registration will be through Zsuite. You do not need to have a Zsuite account to register for the conference.

Pricing & Key Dates

• Early Bird: $450 (January 1 – February 28, 2026)
• Regular: $500 (March 1 – March 20, 2026)
• Late: $550 (March 21 – April 10, 2026)

The conference agenda will include keynote speakers, breakout sessions, poster presentations, and networking opportunities designed to support collaboration and innovation in health outreach and engagement.

We invite proposals for presentations, panels, and posters that align with the 2026 conference theme. Share your innovative research, programs, and community outreach efforts.

Exhibitor Opportunities — NHOC 2026

The NHOC 2026 offers the following exhibitor opportunities.

Exhibitor booths include: a table, chairs, power source, and Wi-Fi.

• Set up: Wednesday, May 13, 2026, 7:30–8:30 am
• Tear down: Wednesday, May 13, 2026, 4:00 pm

Exhibitor Plus — $550

Includes:

• Standard exhibit booth space with table, chairs, power, and Wi-Fi
• Ability to sell products, tools, or educational resources onsite
• Option to provide a discount card, sample, or promotional item for attendee swag bags
• Vendor badges for booth staff

Exhibitor registration does not include access to conference breakouts or meals.

Core Exhibitor — $400

Includes:

• Standard exhibit booth space with table, chairs, power, and Wi-Fi
• Ability to display, demo, or recruit (direct product sales require approval)
• Vendor badges for booth staff
• Option to place a business card or flier in attendee swag bags (no product distribution at this tier)

Exhibitor registration does not include access to conference breakouts or meals.

Non-profit Exhibitor — $250

Reserved for nonprofits aligned with health and community well-being.

Includes:

• Shared (half-table) exhibitor space
• Ability to promote services, educational resources, or mission-based products

Only available to registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits.

The 2026 NHOC will be held at the Dixie Convention Center in St. George, Utah. The venue is fully accessible and offers ample parking and local amenities.
